1. Scope and provider

These Terms of Service apply to every order placed in the HighImpressions online shop. HighImpressions is operated by the provider named on our Company Info page. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Different terms of a customer do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.

2. Products

HighImpressions sells digital products and services related to impressions, as described on each product page. The product page at the time of your order defines what you receive. Results on third-party platforms, such as reach, views or monetisation, depend on those platforms and their algorithms. We do not control them and do not guarantee any specific outcome beyond what the product page states.

3. Ordering and contract

You place an order by completing the checkout. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and the order is delivered or confirmed by email. We may decline an order, for example when a product is no longer available or the payment looks fraudulent. In that case any payment is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown on the product page and at checkout. Payments are processed by our shop platform SellAuth and its payment providers; we never see your full card or wallet details. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered electronically, usually within seconds of payment confirmation. You see your order on screen, receive it by email, and can find it later under My Products. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. If a delivery does not arrive within 24 hours, open a ticket with your order ID.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Right of Withdrawal page). For digital content and services that are delivered or performed immediately, this right ends early:

• Digital content: your right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun, because you expressly agreed at checkout that we start before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.
• Services: your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, because you expressly requested that we start immediately.

This does not affect your rights under section 7 if an order does not work as described.

7. Replacement and refunds

If an order does not work or is not as described on the product page, open a ticket with your order ID and a short description of the problem within 7 days of delivery. We will check it and either replace the order or refund it in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute; most problems are solved faster through a ticket. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend further deliveries and access to the affected order until it is resolved.

9. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use our products. Use them only in compliance with applicable law and the terms of any third-party platform involved. Reselling or sharing an order outside your own use is not allowed unless the product page says otherwise.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. We are not liable for decisions, restrictions or outages of third-party platforms that are outside our control.

11. Customer account

Your orders are available in your customer area. Keep your login details private and tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has access.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply. If any provision is invalid, the rest of these terms remain valid.
